Russell Tobin in Canada is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for Correctional Health Services across British Columbia. This contract role involves direct nursing care to inmates within correctional facilities and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support patient safety and wellbeing.

Applicants must hold active RN registration with BCCNM and have at least one year of acute care, corrections, emergency, mental health, or related experience, plus current BLS.

Qualifications

• Active RN registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Minimum one year of recent nursing experience in acute care, corrections, emergency, mental health, or related settings.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in secure and fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
