Job summary

Bulk Barn in Ontario is seeking a Store Key Holder to assist the Store Manager and Supervisor in the day-to-day operation. You will help manage staff, ensure standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires the ability to lead, multi-task, and handle cash transactions. It offers flexible part-time hours, early mornings, days and evenings, and opportunities to support a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to exceed expectations.
• Process cash transactions at POS and Interact terminals.
• Restock shelves and keep store clean.
• Unload deliveries (over 50 lbs) safely.
• Maintain a safe, healthy working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

A Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld


• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities


• Delegate tasks amongst employees


• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner


• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks


• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations


• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal


• Clean store


• Restock store shelves


• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)


• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times


• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment


• Other duties as assigned

Job Type:Temporary, Part-time.

Schedule:Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
