Job summary

Bulk Barn in Orillia, Ontario is seeking a Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily operations, helping maintain Bulk Barn standards and delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will coach staff, delegate tasks, handle cash using the POS system, restock shelves, unload deliveries, and keep the store clean and safe. The position is temporary/part-time with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Process cash transactions using POS system

• Restock store shelves
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld
• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities
• Delegate tasks amongst employees
• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner
• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal
• Clean store
• Restock store shelves
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment

Job Type:Temporary, Part-time.

Schedule:Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
