Job summary

Bulk Barn Foods Limited is seeking a part-time Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily operations at our Essex County location. The role emphasizes customer service, staff coaching, and maintaining Bulk Barn standards.

You'll handle cash transactions, assist customers, and help unload deliveries while ensuring a clean and safe workplace. Flexible scheduling across mornings, days and evenings is required.

Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure standards are upheld.
• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
• Delegate tasks amongst employees.
• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks.
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal.
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.).
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times.
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

A Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business.

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
