Job summary

Bulk Barn Foods Limited in Canada is hiring a Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to lead team members during shifts. The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Flexible scheduling includes early mornings, days and evenings, with roughly 12–25 hours per week. You'll help uphold Bulk Barn standards, ensure a clean and safe store, and assist with deliveries.

Position Summary

A Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld
• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities
• Delegate tasks amongst employees
• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely mannerLead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
