Job summary

Bulk Barn is seeking a part-time Store Key Holder in Mount Pearl, NL. This role supports the Store Manager and Supervisor in day-to-day operations, coaching staff and ensuring Bulk Barn standards are upheld.

You will assist with customer service, handle cash transactions, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment. Experience in retail is an asset, and the position requires flexible hours including mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld.
• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
• Delegate tasks amongst employees.
• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks.
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal.
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.).
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times.
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
