Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking an inventory/Operations professional to focus on key inventory metrics, manage stock requests, and provide leadership across coordinator teams. The role supports continuous improvement and vendor relations within a growing company.

The candidate should have 3-5 years of parts experience or related education, strong analytical ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Competitive benefits and retirement planning are offered.

Responsibilities

• Focused on key inventory metrics (Fill Rate / Turns / Stock Leveling / etc.).
• Manage stock out/inventory email requests and align with strategic goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to teams.
• Back up team duties as required to ensure continuity.
• Drive consistency among coordinator teams on processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for departmental improvements and implement changes.
• Sign and approve POs and freight invoices with Accounts Payable for timely closure.
• Maintain relationships with key vendors and their personnel.
• Provide high quality support to internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Focused on key inventory metrics (Fill Rate / Turns / Stock Leveling / etc.)
• Manage stock out/inventory email requests from each location and action as required in alignment with our strategic goals
• Provide leadership, and guidance
• Backing up their team’s daily duties as required
• Drive consistency among coordinator teams as it relates to process and procedure
• Identify opportunities for departmental improvements and work with key stakeholders to implement change.
• Signing and approving PO’s / Freight invoices and working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure timely closure and delivery to Accounts Payable
• Manage ongoing relationship with key vendors and their personnel
• Provide high quality support to internal and external customers
• Other duties as assigned

• A solid leader with strong work ethic and be willing to put in extra time as required to get the job done
• 3-5 years of relevant parts experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Mathematics, Analytics, or similar discipline would be considered an asset
• Analytical / critical thinker who can problem solve and think outside the box
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to adapt to changes within a growing company
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and/or previous parts knowledge considered an asset
