Qualifications

• Minimum of eight to ten years legal experience as a Corporate Law Clerk/Paralegal in British Columbia.
• Demonstrates initiative and capacity to work proactively and independently.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Firm members.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete a minute book review of various entity types in electronic format.
• Identify corporate data issues to ensure completeness of records.
• Exercise judgement when reviewing and organizing documents within iManage, ALF and Athennian.
• Ensure validity and integrity of corporate materials saved in the system.
