Job summary

Qualifications

2- 6 years of corporate/M&A experience.
Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, including share and asset transactions and corporate reorganizations.
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, ancillary transaction documents, and closing materials.
Manage and coordinate due diligence and help identify and resolve key transactional issues.
Advise on general corporate/commercial and corporate governance matters.
Take ownership of workstreams and closings with appropriate autonomy.
Collaborate with lawyers across multiple practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters.
