Responsibilities

• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, including share and asset transactions and corporate reorganizations.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, ancillary transaction documents, and closing materials.
• Manage and coordinate due diligence and help identify and resolve key transactional issues.
• Advise on general corporate/commercial and corporate governance matters.
• Take ownership of workstreams and closings with appropriate autonomy.
• Collaborate with lawyers across multiple practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters.
