Prepare and maintain minute books and corporate records
Draft incorporation, organization, and corporate reorganization documents
Conduct corporate searches and prepare related reporting
Support due diligence for M&A and financing transactions
Liaise with government registries and third parties on corporate filings
Law Clerk diploma or equivalent experience
3+ years of corporate law clerk experience
