CDEV is seeking a Corporate Law Clerk to join its dynamic and collegial legal team and assist with the continued growth of the organization. This role will provide support across corporate and transactional, corporate governance, and compliance matters for CDEV and several of its subsidiaries.
This role combines traditional in-house law clerk responsibilities, such as drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate records maintenance, and assisting with transactions. In addition, the law clerk will assist with maintaining policies and procedures and contribute to best practices in corporate governance and compliance.
This position is located in Toronto, currently with a hybrid work option.
The Corporate Law Clerk will support CDEV on a broad range of legal matters across the organization and its subsidiaries. This is a unique opportunity for a law clerk seeking an integrated role in a collaborative legal team that combines legal expertise, governance leadership, and strategic judgment, with significant opportunity to contribute to outcomes.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000
