Corporate Law Clerk

Salary based on experience

Duties:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Assisting with inquiries of prospective and existing clients
  • File organization and maintenance
  • Supporting our lawyers on incorporations, both for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, re-organizations, and transactional work
  • Updating, reviewing, and maintaining minute books using our corporate software.
