Position Summary
The Corporate Engineering Manager is a key member of the corporate technical team and will drive equipment standards and specifications. The individual will work with all divisions in a collaborative manner with the overarching goal of driving world-class manufacturing facilities. The Corporate Engineering Manager will be responsible for our equipment and product drawings, participate in equipment installations, and lead the capital program. The Corporate Engineering Manager will provide leadership and mentorship to Mechanical detailers and designers reporting to him.
Along with the entire operations team, the focus will be to develop or improve processes with the objective of improving safety and quality while reducing overall costs, increasing productivity, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
