We have an opportunity for a Senior Corporate Mining Engineer to join the Centerra Corporate team. This position is a hybrid role based at our Toronto, ON office.
Reporting to the VP, Technical Services, the Senior Corporate Mining Engineer is responsible for developing mine designs and strategic mine plans to support safe, sustainable, and profitable mining operations. Additionally, this position is responsible for reviewing and providing guidance on both open pit and/or underground mine design, optimized life of mine production planning and mining equipment selection. As a member of the technical team, the role will lead and support engineering evaluations for possible project acquisitions, advance staged projects, and/or joint ventures.
