Canadian Tire Services Limited is hiring a Corporate Customer Service Representative to support customers across Canadian Tire brands. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, assisting with loyalty programs, orders, warranties and after-sales support.
The role requires English proficiency and will run a temporary full-time schedule in Ontario. Training is full-time, Mon-Fri, with shifts aligned to business needs.
As a Corporate Customer Service Representative, you will support customers across Canadian Tire's brands and affiliated programs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves handling a diverse range of customer inquiries and requires the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Must be English proficient to be eligible for this role.
This is a temporary full-time position from Oct 5 until Jan 30, 2027.
This role will have full-time training hours, Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM over 3 weeks for Group 1, and 8AM-4PM over 3 weeks for Group 2.

You will be trained to support inbound customer service calls and emails related to our websites, mobile applications, online shopping and eCommerce order reviews. Understand customer needs and communicate over phone and/or email to build customer confidence in our ability to provide service, all while shaping a positive perception of Canadian Tire.
We are looking for individuals who: Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and problem- solving skills to understand customer concerns and deliver effective solutions. Navigate multiple systems and browser- based applications to research customer inquiries, document interactions, and provide accurate information and resolutions. Work collaboratively with internal teams and business partners to resolve customer concerns and drive positive customer outcomes.
We are looking for individuals who are: Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. Customer focused, who go above and beyond to respond to the evolving needs of our customers. Solutions oriented and outcome focused, with strong attention to detail. Agile and flexible, with the ability to navigate a variety of call types, customer inquiries, and programs within Corporate Customer Support. Strong communicators who demonstrate active listening and professional verbal communication skills. Team players who build relationships easily and contribute to a positive team environment. Comfortable learning and working within multiple systems while supporting basic browser- based functions.
Previous call centre or contact centre experience. While some experience is preferred, if you have a willingness to learn, enjoy solving problems, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is definitely the place to be.
Our Sept to December department hours of operation are expected to be: 8:00am - 9:00pm, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. *Subject to change during peak times.
