The ideal candidate has 4+ years of post-call experience in Canada, strong drafting and negotiation abilities, and is in good standing with a Canadian provincial law society.

• Strong corporate/commercial experience in M&A, private equity, partnerships, joint ventures, or complex contracts.
• Demonstrated ability drafting and negotiating sophisticated agreements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Member in good standing with a Canadian provincial law society.
