We are working with a thriving boutique law firm, now looking for a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer with at least five years of experience in Canadian corporate law, including corporate M&A and commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience with financings, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and cross-border transactions, and be confident managing files independently. U.S. corporate experience and securities law exposure are considered strong assets.
