A leading independent agency in Toronto, ChangeMakers is looking for a Corporate Brand Designer to oversee and enhance the brand's visual identity. This role involves creating engaging materials, managing brand guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to align design strategies with corporate goals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
The Corporate Brand Designer will be the guardian of the ChangeMakers brand, maintaining consistency, strengthening visual impact, and creating engaging materials that reflect who we are and what we stand for. You’ll be working with an established brand but will also be responsible for developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure clarity, consistency, and room for evolution as we grow.
You will design a wide range of corporate marketing materials across digital, social, and paid media platforms, bringing both creative flair and strong organizational skills to everything you do. You are not only creatively driven but also highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and brand integrity.
You’re a thoughtful designer who understands the power of strong brand systems and how design can elevate corporate storytelling. You’re hands-on, highly collaborative, and proactive—comfortable taking creative direction, but also ready to suggest ideas that move our brand forward.
You will be expected to work from the downtown Toronto office for a minimum of three days per week.
