Join our Corporate Banking team as a Winter Analyst in this 4-month role and become part of a team focused on delivering innovative banking solutions to CIBC's corporate, government and institutional clients around the world. As a Winter Analyst, you will become integral to the "Deal Te am ", which includes senior corporate bankers, by providing a broad range of support including financial statement and data analysis, financial modeling, credit analysis, industry research and assisting in the preparation of information memoranda and client pitch books. You will also be actively involved in the credit approval process, documentation and closing of loan transactions, and on-going management of the loan portfolio.
The Corporate Banking team in Toronto is organized into five industry coverage groups, which are responsible for managing CIBC's corporate lending relationships. These teams work in close partnership with three product groups: Loan Syndications, Sustainable Finance, and Trading Credit. Successful candidates will be provided the opportunity to gain experience in one of the following groups within Corporate Banking, which are determined based on business needs:

The expected annualized base salary for this role is $ 100 ,000.
The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs.
