Job summary

SGGG Fund Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst, Fund Accounting Onboarding to join our Toronto area team. You will help onboard and convert funds, set up NAV calculations, and ensure accurate pricing and corporate actions while collaborating with auditors and clients.

You will coordinate with various teams to maintain data integrity and streamline onboarding processes, ensuring operational readiness and timely reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up new funds in internal systems (Diamond) based on legal offering documents including fee structures, expense accruals, and pricing procedures.
  • Support fund conversions by liaising with previous administrators and importing historical data.
  • Prepare and review valuation packages including daily, weekly, and monthly NAV calculations.
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, corporate actions, dividends, and fund-specific accruals.
  • Coordinate NAV delivery processes to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update securities including creating new securities and updating missing identifiers.
  • Research and prepare corporate action templates in accordance with fund documentation.
  • Analyze and review corporate action templates prepared by the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and auditors.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and elevate issues to management.
  • Stay informed on regulatory and industry changes impacting fund operations.

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Analyst, Fund Accounting Onboarding to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Onboarding, this role supports the onboarding, conversion, and valuation of investment funds, ensuring accurate setup and ongoing operational readiness.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of fund operations, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively across teams

What You’ll Do
