This position involves maintaining company registrations in the Canadian Government's Contract Security Program, processing personnel security clearance requests, and supporting security coordination tasks. The role reports to the Senior Director of Global Security and involves collaboration with various internal departments and external government agencies.

Location: Montreal

Within the Global Security team, your responsibilities include assisting with security registrations, handling security clearance applications, conducting background checks, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing secure sites and IT tools. You will also ensure data accuracy in security management systems and report to the Security Services Manager.

Qualifications include a post-secondary degree, proficiency in MS Office, experience with databases, ability to obtain security clearances, and bilingual communication skills in French and English.
