Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain terminal inventory records and operational transactions in Kaleris YTM and supporting systems.
• Execute, validate, and monitor transactions related to railcar unloading, vessel loading, inventory transfers, adjustments, and other terminal activities.
• Perform terminal-level inventory validation and reconciliation, supporting month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and audits.
• Collect and analyze terminal operational data to support issue resolution and decision-making.
• Investigate terminal inventory variances, discrepancies, and system exceptions with stakeholders.
• Handle issues impacting inventory records, transactions, reporting, and data quality.
• Coordinate with terminal operators, Rail Operations, Vessel Operations, S&OP, Finance, IT for efficient execution and reconciliation.
