Honda Canada Inc. is seeking a Technical Operations Coordinator to provide vital financial and administrative support to their Technical Operations division. This role involves budgeting, invoicing, procurement, and offering executive support to a large team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, relevant experience, and a proactive attitude. Effective communication and proficiency in Microsoft tools are essential. Starting November 2025, there will be a hybrid work model in place, accommodating work-from-home flexibility.
The role of Technical Operations Coordinator is to provide budgeting and financial transaction support which includes submitting / tracking /reporting budget transactions and variances for the multiple cost centers within the Technical Operations division. This support also includes dealer billing related to the Tool & Equipment program as well as invoicing to / recovery from factories (globally) for recall expenses and for compound / warehouse inspections / repair expenses.
The Technical Operations Coordinator will also provide executive support for the Assistant Vice President, 5 managers, 11 Supervisors and approximately 80-100 associates. This includes office supplies procurement, issuing POs, travel, transportation and event support coordination as necessary for activities such as winter testing etc.
