Coordinator, Specialty Leasing

Primaris REIT is currently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Coordinator Specialty Leasing to join the team on site at our Medicine Hat Mall in Medicine Hat, AB. Vacancy Status: New Role

As the Coordinator, Specialty Leasing, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the implementation and execution of specialty leasing activities for the centre, ensuring quality design and merchandising standards are met by creating miscellaneous revenue for the centre by leasing temporary spaces, common areas, in-line temporary locations, arranging vending and media income and acquiring branded sponsorships. You will accomplish the following duties:

• Specialty Leasing Programs: Coordinate and execute diverse leasing programs, including temporary spaces, events, sponsorships, and media, to enhance center income.
• Vendor Prospecting: Identify and engage potential vendors for temporary leasing, sponsorships, and other revenue streams, fostering valuable business relationships.
• Innovative Revenue Strategies: Develop creative approaches to boost center income while upholding quality standards and customer service.
• Community Representation: Represent the center externally, fostering community relationships and collaboration, while collaborating with the marketing team for branding initiatives.
• Lease Management and Compliance: Oversee tenant interactions, lease documentation, compliance with center regulations, and budget monitoring, ensuring revenue targets are met.

Requirements:

Compensation:

Expected Salary Range: CAD $55,000 – $65,000
