The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Street Sales team. This role helps drive account growth and profitability through various administrative duties related to the department.

Location: Edmonton

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30 PM MST

This position requires the successful candidate to be in the Edmonton office four times a week.

This is a 12-Month contract position.

Essential Functions
  1. Assist the Sales Team with proposals, reviews, quotes, and onboarding.
  2. Run velocities and reports for sales managers and representatives.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and maintain records.
  4. Provide customer impact reports and business review reports.
  5. Assist in planning and executing sales events.
  6. Support sales team travel arrangements.
  7. Order supplies as needed.
  8. Handle additional administrative requests.

  6. Proficient in Google and Microsoft Excel platforms.
  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or in a team.
  8. Ability to learn SAP, CRM, Gordon Ordering, and other systems.
  9. Industry and product knowledge is a plus.
Education
  1. Minimum Grade 12 with High School Diploma.
  2. Post-secondary education in Business or Sales.
  3. Food service industry experience preferred.
