MusiCounts, Canada's music education charity, is hiring a Coordinator, Programs & Operations to support systems, processes, and coordination behind national programs. This hybrid Toronto role reports to the Director, Programs & Education and requires strong organizational skills and experience with grantmaking systems.
You will manage inquiries, support applications and reporting, help with budgets and records, and assist with outreach and events.

MusiCounts is hiring a Coordinator, Programs & Operations to support the systems, processes, and coordination that help our national programs run smoothly. This new role will support the lifecycle of MusiCounts’ national programs, and the day-to-day operational infrastructure behind the Programs team’s work. The Coordinator will be a frontline contact for stakeholders across Canada and an internal resource for workflow, systems, financial administration, and cross-team coordination. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and motivated by the operational work that makes high-impact programs possible.

Our office is located at 219 Dufferin Street, Toronto, ON M6K 3J1. This is a hybrid role and presence in our office will be expected approximately 2 times/ week.
Some travel within Canada will be required to fulfill the duties of this role.
