The Opportunity As a Coordinator, Marketing Onboarding, you will play a key role in supporting the successful integration of newly acquired dental practices into the dentalcorp network. As onboarding represents the first moment of truth in a practice's dentalcorp journey, this role is instrumental in creating a positive partner experience and establishing the foundation for long-term growth and success. Working as part of a growing and evolving team, you will coordinate onboarding activities, maintain critical practice information, and support the execution of marketing deliverables that help set practices up for success from day one. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Operations, IT, and Corporate Development while contributing to a seamless onboarding experience for new partners. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen data quality, and elevate the overall onboarding experience.
In This Role, You Will Coordinate onboarding activities for newly acquired practices.
Complete intake documentation and ensure required information is collected accurately and on time.
Compile, validate, and maintain practice data from multiple internal and external sources.
Monitor onboarding progress, identify information gaps, and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
Maintain onboarding workflows and task updates within Asana and related systems.
Track deliverables, provide status updates, and elevate risks or delays when necessary.
Partner with Marketing, Operations, IT, and Corporate Development teams to coordinate onboarding requirements.
Support ongoing improvements to onboarding processes and workflow efficiency.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 CAD to $75,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 10% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
This role is 4 days on-site Monday to Thursday with Friday's work from home.
