Job summary

The Banff Lake Louise Tourism Bureau is seeking a Seasonal Coordinator, Hosting & Visitor Services, to support two teams and deliver administrative, coordination and operational tasks aligned with the destination’s priorities across Banff & Lake Louise.

From October to April, the role supports media, influencer, trade and stakeholder visits, builds itineraries, tracks budgets and coordinates in-destination activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating hosting or visitor services activities during seasonal periods.
  • Ability to build itineraries and coordinate travel logistics for visits.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada; Bow Valley residents may be prioritized.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver media, influencer, trade and stakeholder visits; build detailed itineraries and track budgets; manage admin and logistics of in-destination activities and hosted experiences for Banff & Lake Louise.
  • From May to September, provide operational coordination and leadership support for Visitor Services; oversee Park Pass distribution; support digital content quality initiatives.
  • Ensure operational continuity during peak season, training periods and leadership absences.

The Coordinator, Hosting & Visitor Services supports the delivery of hosting and visitor services activities across two teams on a seasonal basis. This role is primarily responsible for executing defined administrative, coordination, and operational tasks that align with the destination’s operational and visitor-facing priorities.

From October to April, the Coordinator supports the Market Strategy & Experience Development team in the coordination and delivery of media, influencer, trade, and stakeholder visits. This includes building detailed, compelling itineraries and tracking budget allocations, as well as coordinating the administrative and logistical aspects of in-destination activities, site visits, and hosted experiences that highlight Banff & Lake Louise.

From May to September, the Coordinator supports the Visitor Services team. They provide operational coordination and leadership support for Visitor Services, oversee Park Pass distribution operations, digital content quality initiatives, and ensures operational continuity during peak season, training periods, and leadership absences.
