Job summary

Skyservice is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator to oversee major inspections, coordinate with inspectors and suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery of work packages at our Dorval base.

You will review work packages, track milestones, manage documentation, and support the Maintenance Manager in daily operations while working a 5-5-4 day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid M2 Transport Canada AME License.
• Minimum of five (5) years related experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs.
• Possess a solid understanding of CAR’s;
• Proven experience with planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities.
• Strong Customer service abilities.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate major inspections on aircrafts and participate in related meetings.
• Maintain oversight of the full inspection work package and manage inspection flow.
• Review work package and coordinate materials, parts, tooling and outside services.
• Identify and track milestones with the Project Manager.
• Participate in problem solving and finding solutions.
• Assess defects and provide information to rectify.
• Complete relevant technical documentation.
• Support purchasing when applicable.
• Review work pack, billing groups and invoices for accuracy.
• Responsible for all technical documentation and log releases.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• This position involves a 5-5-4 rotation Day Shift.
