Job summary

Skyservice is seeking a qualified aircraft maintenance technician to perform maintenance in hangar and ramp environments. You will ensure proper documentation, certify components, and follow Transport Canada regulations to maintain safety and airworthiness.

Ideal candidates hold a TC M2 license with at least five years of hands-on experience, demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, and contribute to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • Valid Transport Canada Category M2 License.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Good organizational sense and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently perform all commercial aircraft maintenance activities on demand in the hangar and on the ramp.
  • Ensure that all aircraft documents are duly completed.
  • Ensure that each component installed on the aircraft is certified.
  • Perform the tasks and responsibilities described in the Maintenance Control Service Manual and ensure compliance with Transport Canada standard regulations.
  • Participate in training courses as assigned by management.
  • Comply with the SMS ("Safety Management System") policy.
  • Maintain and ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Assist in all other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
