The Coordinator, Health, Disability & Wellness provides administrative and operational support for UFV’s health and disability programs. Responsibilities include assisting with case management, employee accommodations, and wellness initiatives. The role involves collaboration with employees, supervisors, external benefit providers, and healthcare professionals to facilitate return-to-work processes and ensure policy compliance. The Coordinator manages day-to-day administrative functions, coordinates documentation, liaises with stakeholders, and tracks disability claims. This position supports UFV’s commitment to employee well-being and organizational health through efficient service delivery, proactive outreach, and effective communication.
