The Canadian Medical Association Foundation, Strategy and Partnerships team is seeking a highly organized coordinator to support grants, sponsorships, and partnerships across Canada. You will report to the Senior Director, Enterprise Giving and help manage multiple programs with meticulous attention to detail.
In this temporary full-time role, you’ll coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and support project materials while building strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Salary: $57,500 to $71,500

The CMA and the CMA Group of Companies (CMA Foundation and CMA Impact) has hybrid as well as remote workers across Quebec and Ontario. The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
