Job summary

The Canadian Medical Association Foundation, Strategy and Partnerships team is seeking a highly organized coordinator to support grants, sponsorships, and partnerships across Canada. You will report to the Senior Director, Enterprise Giving and help manage multiple programs with meticulous attention to detail.

In this temporary full-time role, you’ll coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and support project materials while building strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating programs, projects, grants, sponsorships, partnerships, or related initiatives.
  • Supported the administration and execution of programs from planning and application stages through reporting and evaluation.
  • Managed administrative processes, documentation, contracts, payments, and records while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organization.
  • Worked with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships through professionalism, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, preparing reports, taking meeting notes, and supporting special projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and organize information to support decision-making and program improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using databases, platforms, or technology solutions to manage information and workflows.

Location: Ottawa ON (Hybrid) or Toronto ON (Hybrid) or Ontario CA (Remote) or Quebec CA (Remote)

Salary: $57,500 to $71,500

You Have

The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
