Job summary

The CMA Foundation, Strategy and Partnerships unit seeks a detail-oriented Coordinator, Grant and Sponsorship (2-year mandate) to support grant programs and sponsorship commitments. You will coordinate activities across internal teams and external partners, and maintain accurate project documentation.

A bilingual capability is an asset; hybrid and remote work options are available across Canada. You will report to the Senior Director, Enterprise Giving and contribute to measurement, reporting,

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting grant programs, sponsorship initiatives, funding programs, or other structured program administration activities.
  • Coordinated projects or programs from planning and implementation through reporting, evaluation, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Managed administrative processes, documentation, contracts, payments, and records while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organization.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, answer inquiries, and support collaborative initiatives.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities to support decision-making and program improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate grant and sponsorship activities from planning to reporting and evaluation.
  • Support reporting, metrics collection, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, payments, and records with high accuracy.

Reports to: Senior Director, Enterprise Giving

Type: Temporary | Full-Time | 1 Vacancy

Location: Ottawa ON (Hybrid) or Toronto ON (Hybrid) or Ontario CA (Remote) or Quebec CA (Remote)

Salary: $57,500 to $71,500

You Have
  • Experience supporting grant programs, sponsorship initiatives, funding programs, or other structured program administration activities.
  • Coordinated projects or programs from planning and implementation through reporting, evaluation, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Managed administrative processes, documentation, contracts, payments, and records while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organization.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, answer inquiries, and support collaborative initiatives.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to gather and interpret information to support decision-making and program improvements.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, including managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools and technology platforms to manage workflows, reporting, and documentation.

Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
