The Opportunity

The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team and other Residential areas.

How you will contribute:

  1. Register new and returning brokers to First National
  2. Assist in maintaining the integrity of our broker database
  3. Work with our national sales team to ensure broker administrative needs are met
  4. Liaise with our Quality Assurance team to make sure reports are reviewed and feedback is provided
  5. Assist brokers with Merlin Online set up
  6. Support other Residential departments when needed
  7. Adheres to policies/procedures to ensure AML requirements are met, when applicable

The experience you need:

  1. Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred
  2. Organizational skills to manage several ongoing and competing tasks at one time
  3. Competency in Microsoft Office; capacity to learn new technologies/systems
  4. Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  5. Ability to take initiative and work independently on projects

Working Environment and Physical Demands Analysis:

  1. Periods of high volume with tight timelines
  2. Long periods of stationary position/sitting
  3. Prolonged periods of repetitive movement (i.e., using a keyboard and mouse)
  4. Long periods of time viewing a computer screen
  5. Multi-tasking may include speaking to customers on a telephone call while looking up information on a computer program
