We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Modern Travel - a fast-growing travel agency that believes in the power of experiences, intentional growth, and showing up with heart.

What you’ll do:

• Support day-to-day marketing activities and campaign execution
• Manage our content calendar and help plan & schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and more
• Assist with writing copy for social media, newsletters, and website updates
• Track metrics + analytics to help us understand what’s working and what needs a remix
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table (we love initiative!)
• Collaborate across departments to support launches, events, and community engagement

What we’re looking for:

• ️ 1–2 years of marketing or communications experience (internships count!)
• ️ Strong writing and editing skills — you know how to make content sound fresh, clear, and on-brand
• ️ Comfortable using tools like Canva, Later, Mailchimp, or similar
• ️ Organized and detail-oriented with a love for timelines and follow-through
• ️ A curious, collaborative energy and a desire to grow with a mission-driven team

Bonus points if you have:

Experience in the events, travel, or lifestyle space

An eye for design and a flair for engaging, scroll-stopping content

A pulse on current trends, reels, and what’s happening in marketing right now

Location:

This role is remote/hybrid and open to candidates based in Canada, ideally Toronto.
