What You'll Do

There's a variety of tasks you'll contribute to, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, providing clear communication on updates and changes, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
  • Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates in collaboration with management.
  • Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating and driving the timely movement of merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and aligned with presentation standards.
  • Contributing to sales and trend influence by creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas, supporting the store's fashion, brand, and value strategy through dynamic feature changes.

What You'll Need

To begin your career with us, you'll have:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience is preferred
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to identify customer and associate inquiries and needs; strong technical knowledge of register operations
  • The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment

Additional Information: Candidates aged 18 and over will be required to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.

Hourly Range: $19.40 - $24.25 / hour. This range reflects the expected hiring rate and may vary based on skills, experience, and market conditions. The actual pay rate may be higher depending on these factors.
