• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations with clear updates and team alignment.
• Plan and guide tasks while training Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service to promote collaboration.
• Enhance the store's brand and value through eye-catching displays in key areas.
