The Role : Full-Time Cook

As a Cook at Emilia, you'll work alongside a passionate culinary team to deliver high-quality plates with consistency and care. You'll help bring our menu to life with precision, pride, and a deep love for food.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain high food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety across all stations
• Support team members during service with a collaborative spirit
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization

What You Bring :

• 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (fast-paced preferred)
• Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and kitchen safety
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Team-player attitude and passion for the culinary craft
• Bonus : experience in Portuguese or Mediterranean cuisine
