Job summary

Kibbi is hiring a kitchen cook in Maple Ridge. The role involves preparing and cooking meals, maintaining cleanliness, and inspecting kitchen areas to ensure safety and quality. You will manage inventory and assist with daily tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a cooking/culinary role.
• Formal education in a college, CEGEP or equivalent program.
• Experience in kitchen safety and cleanliness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes as directed.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure standards are met.
