  • Place orders for supplies and equipment; manage inventory.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas for safety and hygiene.

  • Recruit and hire kitchen staff as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of food, supplies and costs.
  • Ensure meals are fresh, hot and served on time.

  • The candidate will be responsible for assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • The candidate will be required to assure that meals are fresh and hot at serving time.

  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all food and other items are properly stored.
  • The candidate must store leftovers in accordance with established standards.
