Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in accordance with standards and in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Maintain consistency of appearance and quality of all menu items
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Communicate between shifts and with supervisors to ensure adequate product levels and consistent food quality
- Be aware of proper stock rotation of all food and help with storage of incoming product
- Wash dishes and sanitize all kitchen equipment
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience. If the candidate does not have at least 3 years of experience a post-secondary certificate is required.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: $20-22 per hour, 40-45 hours per week.

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, attention to detail, overtime required.
- The employee will work in shifts of 8-9 hours per day: 12pm-9pm, 5pm-1am.
- Flexibility in schedule is required.
- Nights and weekend hours will be required.
- Overtime may be required based on the business's needs.
