Job brief

  • We are seeking a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to the menu. You will cook dishes that delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery.
  • An excellent cook must follow instructions carefully to produce well-prepared meals. They should be deft in moving around the kitchen, adept at multi-tasking, and experienced in using various ingredients and cooking techniques.
  • The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation, enabling us to expand our clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Prepare food for service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff.
  • Follow instructions from the executive or sous chef.
  • Clean up station and manage leftover food.
  • Stock inventory appropriately.
  • Ensure food is prepared simultaneously, with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and customers.

Requirements

  • Proven cooking experience.
