University Health Network is hiring for a Nutrition Services position at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, Lyndhurst Centre. This temporary full-time role (up to 3 months) requires Red Seal certification and current Food Handler Certification.
You will prepare meals, assist with all service meals, ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety, and support a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen environment. Hours are 37.5 per week, with shifts on weekdays and alternating weekends.

Wage Range: $29.43 - $29.88 per hour. Start rate non-negotiable.
Shifts: Weekdays and Alternating Weekends (09:30-17:30)

Kitchen environment with exposure to heat, cold storage areas, steam, and kitchen equipment.
Requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, and repetitive food preparation tasks.
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of food items, equipment, and carts.
Exposure to sharp tools, hot surfaces, and cleaning/sanitizing chemicals
Current UHN employees must have successfully completed their probationary period, have a good employee record along with satisfactory attendance in accordance with UHN's attendance management program, to be eligible for consideration.
