University Health Network is hiring for a Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse to join North 3, Transitional Care Unit at the E.W. Bickle Centre in Toronto.
The role focuses on planning and delivering RPN-led care with an interdisciplinary team and a strong emphasis on patient safety and continuity of care. The successful candidate will participate in rounds, family conferences, and mentor students while upholding high professional standards and the hospital's policies.

North 3 is a 48 bed inpatient Transitional Care Unit at the E.W. Bickle Centre on Dunn Ave. We provide a broad range of care and 24/7 support to individuals who are unable to live independently as a result of chronic and complex health issues or traumatic injuries.
An Interprofessional team helps them to manage their complex medical conditions and health issues to improve their overall well-being and restore their maximum level of independence. For many of our patients, this is a long process, taking months or years before they can move to the next part of their lives.
