Job summary

Stellar Personnel is seeking a dedicated Concession Cook to prepare and cook food items quickly in a concession or event setting. You will ensure food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of concession or line cook experience. Smart Serve certification is preferred, with strong teamwork and the ability to perform under pressure during peak service times.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This role ensures food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook concession food items quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with excellent customer service.
  
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and serving areas.
  
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and support opening and closing duties.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Concession Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar food service role.
  
• Valid Smart Serve Certification (preferred).
  
• Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service periods.
  

Compensation: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
