Job Duties

• Prepare and cook complete meals as per order
• Prepare and cook as per specific dietitian/allergy instruction
• Transfer skills to kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations for opening and closing as required
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment with first-in-first-out inventory system
• Clean kitchen and work area to adhere to safe food handling procedures
• Assist in other areas if needed to help the team
• May train kitchen staff
• Keep up to and enforce brand standards and best practices
• Other duties as applicable
