Job description

Our cooks (line, sauté, grill, fry) are responsible for creating an unforgettable guest experience through the proper preparation of our recipes. You will maintain top cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times and be part of a cohesive team supporting each other's success in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do :

1. Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
2. Prepare raw ingredients and follow strict recipes.
3. Use proper portioning techniques.
4. Read tickets to determine what and when items need to be prepared.
5. Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
