Woodbine Entertainment Group is seeking a reliable part-time Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. You will support daily restaurant service, buffet service, prep, and event production, preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have cooking/kitchen experience, are dependable, and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Assist with buffet, à la carte, and event food production.
• Complete daily prep lists and communicate shortages.
• Set up, stock, and maintain stations.
• Cook proteins, vegetables, starches, soups, sauces, and other items as needed.
• Follow food handling, cooling, reheating, and storage procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with receiving, rotation, labeling and storage of food products.
• Work as part of a team during busy service periods.
• Assist with cleaning duties and end-of-shift close down.

We are looking for a reliable part‑time Cook to join our kitchen team.

• Assist with buffet, à la carte, and event food production
• Complete daily prep lists and communicate any shortages
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations
• Cook proteins, vegetables, starches, soups, sauces, and other menu items as needed
• Follow proper food handling, cooling, reheating, and storage procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow health and safety standards at all times
• Assist with receiving, rotation, labeling, and storage of food products
• Work as part of a team during busy service periods

Requirements

Pay Rate: $23.02/hour during probation and $24.02/hour after probation
