Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Assist with buffet, à la carte, and event food production.
• Complete daily prep lists and communicate shortages.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations.
• Cook proteins, vegetables, starches, soups, sauces, and other items as needed.
• Follow proper food handling, cooling, reheating, and storage procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with receiving, rotation, labeling, and storage of food products.
• Work as part of a team during busy service periods.
• Help with cleaning duties and end-of-shift close down.
